Pros
I started working for Brian during my last semester in college as a part time Help Desk Tech quickly moving to a full time Network Tech. During my time at PCS the business not only grew year over year but won top business for competing category in 2016. This company not only opened the door for my IT career but gave me a strong foundation as I grew as IT professional. Brian is a great mentor for anyone looking to get a start in Managed Services and an incredible boss to work for. I had many opportunities to spear head some of the smaller projects which gave me the confidence to strive for deeper markets and really lead migrations or overhauls without hesitation in my decisions.
Cons
Like any IT related job sometimes you have to work on the weekends or after hours. Working at an MSP can be fast paced and quick so you have to really be able to think on your feet.
