      Pros

      Opportunity to have a caseload of children and adolescents in the foster care system. This was literally the only pro.

      Cons

      Company was unable to provide paycheck in full or on time for several pay cycles. Terms of contract were broken on several occasions - they told me I would see clients in the office but then was forced to drive all over Atlanta to see clients in unsafe neighborhoods and was not reimbursed for gas. Adequate supervision for licensure was not provided as promised.

      Pros

      Working with underprivileged children. That was the only positive aspect of this job. I cannot think of another positive for this job.

      Cons

      The owners were frauds. They mismanaged funds, refused to pay staff, lied to their employees and families, and ran the company into the ground. Please be advised, do not work for this company.
