Love working at PremierOne. I feel like from Managers to Executive Team to Human Resources, I feel like they listen to their employees. Our CEO is very accessible and hold Coffee Talks where we can give our suggestions. There are many programs available to learn other skills outside my department. They embrace diversity by acknowledging and celebrating different holidays and play fun games throughout the year. Pay was higher than my last Credit Union and was given a nice bump on my annual review.
