Pros

Many good changes already in 2025. Not sure how others talk about yelling and screaming from there leads and managers but if speaking to you at a normal voice and u take it as screaming, maybe you are the problem

Cons

Finding employees that want to work. This job has a time finding good people that actually want to come to work and make money.

Pros

Clean, organized facility with a strong foundation and a history of dedicated employees. Having worked here for several years, I have seen the company grow and achieve success because of its people. The owner has always demonstrated a willingness to support the operation when needed, and the company historically maintained a culture built on teamwork, mutual respect, and accountability. Employees were encouraged to communicate, share knowledge, and help one another succeed. This created an environment where training was effective, productivity remained high, and employees felt invested in the company's success. Many long-term employees stayed because they genuinely enjoyed the workplace culture and the relationships they built with their coworkers. The company has benefited from many hardworking and talented individuals over the years, and much of its success can be attributed to the commitment and experience of those employees.

Cons

The most significant concern is the decline in workplace culture and employee morale over the past several months. Communication that was once encouraged now appears far more restricted, limiting opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and effective training. Experienced employees are not utilized as resources to the extent they once were, which can create unnecessary inefficiencies and frustration. There is a growing perception among employees that feedback and concerns are not being adequately addressed. As a result, trust between management and employees has diminished, and many employees appear less comfortable speaking openly about workplace issues. The company has experienced the departure of several experienced employees during this period. While turnover can occur in any organization, losing knowledgeable employees should be viewed as an opportunity to evaluate whether leadership practices, communication methods, and workplace culture are contributing factors. In my opinion, the current management approach has negatively impacted morale, teamwork, and overall employee engagement. The operation continues to function, but the positive culture that once distinguished this company from many others has been significantly weakened. The concern is not the work itself. The concern is that many employees no longer feel the same sense of value, respect, and connection to the company that previously existed.
