Recruitment is a high pressure environment, but there is a strong culture of support across the company. People genuinely want to see each other succeed, and support isn’t limited to just your own branch or department - colleagues will step in to help wherever they can. The number of long serving employees speaks for itself and reflects the positive culture and loyalty the company inspires.
