      org culture colleagues are great work from home

      Cons

      low wages and benefits management No advancement, the management uses you to gain visibility and throw you away. No annual increase despite good evaluations. Without any reason, many "équipiers" been asked to find a new team or leave the company.

      You have a job for now

      Cons

      You will not have a job for long. They prioritize those at headquarters and every location in the US is hanging on by a thread due to terrible contracts and their inability to get projects completed on time.
