Fridays off can't outweigh toxic management and instability - AOR Premier Systems (MT) Employee Review

Pros

Fridays off, That's it :(

Cons

2 faced management, previous general manager resigned before he could be fired for sexual harassment in the workplace. Multiple restructurings per year with no safety net. Old great manager of 3+ years got let go on a random Wednesday with only 2 weeks severance. Management does not listen to complaints, or will temporarily fix it (patch it). They don’t stage equipment. Don’t expect anything to come of your quarterlies either, it took 3 meetings for them to still not switch my title and to put me on new construction, which I did not ask for nor was I made aware of when I first signed on. They can’t hold to their contracts in new construction either, and all their Big Sky gigs have fallen through at this point. Premier is great at giving someone a burning building to walk into for a first time learning experience, past that seek employment elsewhere. 25$ an hour for new install is crazy work

Pros

a four day work week

Cons

There is one owner at the company that causes all of the problems. She only cares about the money, treats employees terribly, and refuses to look in the mirror. She would micromanage at such a level that nothing was ever accomplished. She wouldn't listen to business coaches, managers, or employees, and all problems can be traced back to her decisions. She treats the business as a piggy bank at the expense of customers and employees.
