This company is the most incompetent security provider I have worked for by far, management will ignore any rules in place until it suits them, no actual 24 hour support desk so good luck if you need actual help on night shifts, my coworker was laughed at by our shift manager for bringing up that if our night check calls are missed there is rarely a response in any reasonable time which is a HUGE safety concern as we work alone for 12 hours where something could easily happen to us in that time. This company does not care about you no matter how much they will tell you its a family.
