Pros

Pros ... I'm not sure even that any decent management being dropped in could come up with any.

Cons

eiberate and ck stant overcharging of customers through an automated till system that was rarely up to date. IT till systems constantly breaking down amd taking up to 4 hours to resolve issues in a supposedly busy 24 working garage Regularly staff were incorrectly paid Constant staff changes due to bullying and incompetent management. Stock control and rotation was abysmal even noted by bookers delivery drivers who were of the opinion management havent got a clue Shockingly poor conditions for staff who have to wear layers and layers of their own clothes because inadequate heating is provided Stock cknstamtly out of date on the shelves Theyve stopped doing the busjness discounts from head office so the franchise owner can make money Issues raised about non compliant electrical fittings were ignored amd after I left, a unit blew up so they eventually got it fixed Deliberate rotation of staff on minimum wages ensures emma and tamsin (mother/daughter) oversee and do as they please with new staff not not properly or competently trained or being able to argue issues of unfairness of work dkne, capability or issues affecting employee welfare or work practices. The broken drain to the right of the property is likely to collapse at some point but warning signs have been removed and work to ensure public safety has not yet occurred. The employee liability insurance certificate, due for renewal and display from june 2018 was not put in place until September, despite constant advice about non compliance on a regular basis. Fridge temperatures for food and drink regularly hit well in to double figures and items were not disposed of putting public health at risk because management wouldnt throw items away, against advice and best practice. Shop items regularly moved around to make it look like shelves were always full when in reality nothing was behind the front facing front of shelf. Causation of rubbish stock ordering and rotation practices.

Pros

Coworkers are very understanding and are willing to get things done.

Cons

The managers really don't care about your schedule for school, they will try to put you in for their own time.
