Self Employed with potential to earn a lot of money if you are in the top tier of sales.
Cons
No direction, no support, just sell. You cover ALL your expenses and only get paid after job is fully completed. You have to purchase an expensive ladder. You handle all the issues that result from installation and in some cases it costs you money.
