Pros

Premier Rides took a chance on me as a first time Marketing Coordinator professional. Since being with the company, I have had the opportunity to fine tune my marketing skills, develop stronger communication abilities, and travel. The company has strong leaders who believe in their employees and hold each individual accountable for each of their roles.

Cons

Every job has it's pros and cons. Premier is not perfect, but no organization is. The leadership within Premier Rides has a tremendous amount of grace and understanding, making the experience within the organization unique.

Pros

The product produced and designed is exciting, office manager is wonderful, has the potential to be a very fun environment. Location is great, in Little Italy, and facilities are nice.

Cons

Very disappointing as this is a dream job for many! Countless experienced professionals have come and gone through this organization, and there is a reason why. I have 10+ years of professional experience and this was by far the worst company I've worked for. When a company has you on probational period for 3 months until you get ANY benefits when hiring in, this should have been a red flag! Very little to no flexibility or regards to family and personal affairs. This includes school delays or closings and serious medical matters. Not a family friendly company! Many key individuals do not have proper degrees to do their jobs and staff is intentionally kept to a minimal amount of support. The business is extremely micro and ill managed to every detail of the design and production process. Any decision that needs to be made goes through the president, which does not delegate and empower his employees. There is considerable concern to the safety of the products being produced and maintained. The culture of the company is very toxic and negative as well; it's not an atmosphere that promotes a team environment and innovation. Very questionable ethical behavior!! CFO is an incredibly vulgar, curmudgeon individual and consistently has pending legal action against said behavior. Beware!
