Awfully ran company. Clients drop constantly and then you are out of a job if your client leaves the company.

Pros

If you’re desperate for WFH jobs go ahead and take it! It’s WFH with legit training and equipment provided.Good for a second income only! Stay at home moms, retired people with social security, or college students living with mom and dad need only apply. If you’re grown and need to actually live and pay bills, don’t bother.

Cons

The PAY is misery inducing! It’s too much work for no benefits and below average call center pay. Their pay is in the 1% for call centers. They’re nice but if they were terrible they couldn’t keep people at all. You have to hit metrics for very low pay. Every time you’re in the bathroom you’re asked to go off the clock. Stressing metrics and quality but you can’t have both!
