Pros

None - best to avoid if you are female

Cons

Management are very sexist and known department wide, if you're male you'll be promoted without hesitation, if you're female prepare for a few years trying to prove your worth. Blame culture and bullying is prevalent from senior management. Low pay based on competitors. Majority of study work is "on fire", long overtime hours with zero thanks at the end. Zero staff training so massive knowledge gaps especially higher up where it is presumed staff know something

Pros

Remote, great benefits, unlimited PTO, lax work environment

Cons

Management is somewhat difficult to work with. Although I felt supported personally, advancement was difficult to come by. I felt I was being held in the same position with the same responsibilities and not given enough opportunity to grow. I felt needed by other departments who were reaching out, but felt there may be some behind the scene politics which I was unaware of that prohibited it. There was also a ton of restructuring going on at the time, and employees were mostly left in the dark about it. I loved this company and the work life balance was great, but I didn't feel I was getting the most out of my career. I think this could be a great company for a recent graduate, or someone who is no longer looking to climb the corporate ladder, but otherwise it was quite difficult for any advancement.
