Pros

Good health insurance. Work from home with equipment provided. Decent training team.

Cons

Call center environment with an emphasis on getting the patient off of the phone as quickly as possible. Everything changes daily, seemingly on a whim. Clique-style management. Expectations are different depending on who you work under. Little accountability for the same mistakes by colleagues time and time again.

• Management will go out of their way to help you in any way they can •Supportive Staff •Competitive pay •Fast paced environment

Cons

•Pay could be higher to match the volume clinics see •Communications between the front and techs could be improved •Staff shortages occur frequently which makes it difficult to balance the Volume of patients with limited floats to help •Can be stressful between ensuring patients are check in accordingly, authorizations are obtained, insurance is verified, taking calls for scheduling, and managing incoming patients to be contacted for scheduling. •Between the Patient service rep responsibilities and assisting scheduling department throughout the day leaves no down time to complete additional tasks.
