Pros

-Job security -Health benefits -Company growth -Cathartic camaraderie

Cons

-Pay -Workload -Classist -Incompetent Account Managers The pandemic only seemed to rev things up for PP, but with the large increase of new projects, they have not proportionally hired people to do the growing workload. Pay is low for any of the people involved in the actual production, yet those are the people working more hours trying to catch up as the jobs pile up. The people working client side only make it harder for production, because they don't have enough print-related knowledge (and they don't ask those that do) therefore they promise their clients unrealistic deadlines and accept incorrect assets. Production is then left to "figure it out", taking unnecessary time to find workarounds for things client should be providing correctly from the get go.

The folks at Premier Press take great care of their employees. They are focused on engagement and feedback. The executives are super approachable. The products they create are imaginative. We are always recognized for a job well done.

Cons

None that I am aware of.

Pros

High end printing industry is fun if you like that kind of place.

Cons

The pay is insultingly low, especially with the on-site/hour demands. But, they do spell it out right in the job ads, so it shouldn't be a surprise.
