Not much. lower level staff was very well knowledge and capable on finishing their tasks.
Cons
Long working hours. Management is not run by top management but run by family members with no respect to manager employed by them. No sense of hospitality, no respect to managers, screaming at staff in front of guests. forces staff to submit to their own mistakes. love to blames others for any issues. Non functioning GM with no clear authority over management. offer accommodation but charge staff for the accommodation at a high rates. pack hostel like tin sardines. no proper facilities for staff. under payed staff with high work loads. didn't take care of staff benefits. promise of benefits but was not given. lied to staff over promised bonus. no medical benefits, no insurance, employed foreign workers on tourist visa.
