Don't believe the hype - Anonymous employee Premier Placements Employee Review

I am a new hire here at Premier Placements and have only been with the company about one and a half months now, but so far it have been such a valuable experience. The people here are incredible and welcomed me with open arms. I have learned so much and have already gained immense experience.

So far I have really had zero cons.

One of the things I really enjoy about working here is how close-knit our team is. We're small, which makes it easy to build strong relationships, and management does a great job of fostering that sense of connection. They genuinely care about making sure everyone feels heard and supported. We regularly talk through upcoming plans and new directions for the company, and those conversations feel open and collaborative. Leadership is also great about taking feedback seriously and owning up to mistakes when they happen — it makes the whole environment feel honest and respectful.

I hate that there is a high turn over in the recruiter role (in my opinion) comes from the role itself. I think there needs to be restructuring, which i know is in works.
