I can't think of any cons

Pharmaceutical reps brought in free food pretty regularly and some patients were sweet.

No training, organization or management. The building is not up to code and pay is often incorrect or delayed. Doctors on staff do not lock the door between administration and the wait room which poses a risk to staff if a patient gets violent.
