Pros

Helping people and hospice patients. Descent pay. Smaller company Management is in and out and rarely there so not much micromanaging.

Cons

Not any or much of training. Blame employees instead of systematic errors. Managers in charge of employees and jobs that they have never done themselves. Horrible software system that is makes routine errors, but employees get blamed instead of fixing those errors and getting a new system. Company plays favorites and lets employees vote on special rewards. It's always the same people, or the people who are most liked and have the most friends Very cliquey and high school minded. Premier also won't fire or reprimand people who slack in the job if it's someone they like it are friends with. High turnover rate. It's not uncommon to see the same person move in between jobs every couple of months. Customer service department is way understaffed. Management adds more clients but never adds more staff to compensate for it. Expect to work weekends and be extremely overwhelmed. The company does not hold itself to a higher standard. Drivers need to have more compassion and not be allowed to neglect not calling families before they come or ringing doorbells.
