Pros
I loved the challenges the job brought it was fast paced and active. The shifts passed quickly and I got on well with the other guys
Cons
After over 6 months I was still left off of the bonus scheme. I was told the company were stopping it yet after another 3 months I was the only person still not receiving it. This led to me departing as I could see no reason for being treated differently
