Tough to learn and no training program offered but no definitive time to have everything learned very laid back in that regard

You can get rehired here. They don't do drug tests unless you're literally caught red handed. No background checks.

You have to be part of the good ol' boys club to even have a say. Does not have good ethical practices. Very small raises or pizza for the great work. Turn around for employees here is quick. No set training guidelines or procedures.
