For the team: Cheap meals at work

There is a huge gap in the training that our Hotel Managers get. We have had a huge turnover of HMs since the restructure and this is still churning due to lack of training the new hires get. 4 Weeks is inadequate, a minimum of 3 months and even then they should continue to have 121 support outside of the MHM from experts in different areas. I have seen so much energetic, driven talent put in failing sites with very little support other than their MHMs and they crumble within months of starting, it's not good enough. It is so sad to see. As always huge focus on labour efficiencies, when will it stop? Will it be when there's a huge walkout from the teams, I can see it happening in the not so distant future. The teams are broken, exhausted and stressed. We are losing great people to other large companies in different industries because the pay is the same and the workload halved. But I predict PI will continue with the path they have chosen and at some point the path will give way.
