Returning to in-office work 3 days per week Sept 2024 (after being told Premier would remain fully remote). Referral Bonus program is a sham; many employees are initially hired as a contractor and transition to a full time role at some point afterward. Despite being referred by a current employee, and hired full time by premier, premier does not actually give a referral bonus of $850 simply due to entering as a contractor first. This is misleading to employees... and also an unfortunate loop hole. Also known for misleading shareholders and has had multiple lawsuits..
