Camaraderie among teams. Individual units were generally solid performing. Pay and benefits were solid.
Cons
Three letters - CEO Additionally ar execs let certain individuals get away with anything, even at the cost of high performers. If you’re part of the “in” crowd, which I actually was, you get preferential treatment, while those that bust their butt get little to no recognition.
