      Premier is a good company with smart people working there. Workload can be heavy at times but there are ups and downs like any job. Very good benefits, average pay.

      Management sometimes is so caught up in their own meetings & business that they forget or ignore the needs of those who work on their teams.

      Great work environment, opportunities for growth. The company values employee autonomy and individuals who operate above and beyond their role. It does come with recognition, bonus and salary advancement

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
