      Good coworkers who work hard and want to deliver the best product possible. Immediate manager is good to work for and cares about employee.

      Confusing leaders in IT organization; out of touch with employees and blames staff instead of realizing their failure to lead.

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.
