Pros

Premier has a noble mission to improve the health of communities by lowering costs of care while improving outcomes. The company is doing well under the leadership of its current chief officers.

Cons

Communication to employees has been declining for years. Executive management is growing more and more out of touch w/ employees. Training is woefully out of date; orientation for our new hires was consistently full of outdated information. The vast majority of staff drive themselves too hard, consistently working nights and weekends - in part a result of lean staffing in many areas; in part due to a lack of allowance of time to plan effectively (too many things are urgent and needed yesterday)

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
