      Cons

      Suffering the same pains of all new public companies, tough to balance revenue with mission. Constant reorganization.

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.
