Pros
Pay ok, and so are benefits. Very ambitious organization. Appears passionate about healthcare. Has a wide breadth of offerings, although perhaps too many.
Cons
Lots of useless meetings, but your not allowed to miss them. Work life balance is absolutely non existent. Be prepared to work on any day off: weekend, personal days, sick days, vacation days, it doesn't matter. This company sucks every ounce of energy out of you. Very unrealistic timelines and no one cares that you don't have the resources or tools to meet the demands. There are people in management that clearly should not be managing.
