Pros
The people are wonderful, and the company obviously puts a lot of thought and effort into making sure their employees are happy, comfortable, and morale is high.
Cons
Difficult to advance, HR seems to be a bit dysfunctional. Creation of new and permanent departments are slow-moving and face many roadblocks. High turnover rate in contract workers due to difference in opportunities promised and actually offered.
