Good working hours but minimum wages - Assembly Worker Premier Image Employee Review

Great place to work--employee moral seems really good, and they really seem to care about their employees and their work/life balance.

Very structured... not a lot of freedom to alter your schedule, go to doctors appointments, etc. I wish they would offer flex-time.

Family like environment, great bonuses, no micromanagement, allowance of ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Difficulty of career advancement since the company is small.
