Pros

- Good Starting Pay for PCTs compared to other hospitals in the area - Guaranteed Hours through WSU Nursing Academy (12h/week) - Flexible Scheduling for Student PCTs (4h, 8h, 12h, Days, Nights, Weekdays, Weekends) - Great Experience for Students planning to become nurses - Good Tuition Remission/Reimbursement Program for WSU Students

Cons

- WSU Nursing Program can take hours away from student float pool, may experience more cancellations if not WSU Program - No benefits for PRN/PT Student Float Pool (Same as pretty much everywhere)

Pros

Great work life balance. Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

It does not pay the most, but they treat their workers very well and give them lote of time off to make up for that.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
