Frontline staff (in all areas) and some committed middle management

Administration's focus on Studer leaves them far more disconnected than they realize, Their focus is what is entered in the computer; there is no actual follow up with the staff to see if the rounding is being done. Managers that are staffing are marginalized even when it is due to short staffing and is being well communicated. VP does not follow up when there is a clear disconnect between Director and Managers. COO and CEO involve themselves too late in issues and do not get the entire story. In 32 years of my career-15 years at MVH with 3 prior administrations I have never seen such myopic, preconceived views. The staff engagement scores have plummeted .
