Pros

You get to play an important role in a patients life without being a clinical provider. Relationships that you build with some of the patients is a plus. If you want to be over worked, underpaid and unappreciated then this is the place for you.

Cons

Department turnaround is unbelievable. Pay is not compatible with same positions elsewhere. Mandatory weekends and 2 holidays a year. Point system is ridiculous and designed for no room for advancement.

Great work life balance. Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

It does not pay the most, but they treat their workers very well and give them lote of time off to make up for that.

Pros

Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

Cons

There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
