Easy and not a lot of micro management

Some people there don't work

There are no pros and at the rate they are going there never will be any. The pay isn't worth the agony you will deal with day in and out. I believe that is the only reason some employees are still there.

1. Owners point blame ALL THE TIME at employees instead of themselves. 2. Owners belittle employees in front of other employees, instead of behind closed doors, and HR sits and watch it happen, without saying anything. 3. HR is the owners puppet and DOESN'T have the employees best interest. 4. They will tell you what you want to hear in the interview, but work will be different. No room for advancement. 5. The benefits are ridiculously high. 6. The office rules are obnoxious. 7. Not much engagement among employees because they are afraid of what will be said to them from management. 8. No team building activities, just work work work. WE NEED MONEY is the common phrase, you will hear often. 9. RUN AWAY 10. RUN FAST!
