Everything!!! The owner is a maniac. He is a control FREAK who really doesn’t understand the how to run the business. He can’t stay out of his employees way and let them do their jobs. He is a person who is a complete megalomaniac. He is an abusive micromanager. He belittles everyone and truly believes he is the smartest guy in the room always. Constantly losing it with everyone who works for him.
