Pros
Super lax environment (too much so, actually.) But a pro if you can handle the headaches and other nonsense that comes with that.
Cons
Management is non-existence. No chain of command, very disorganized, little to no time management skills, employees are unappreciated (some even working for decades without recognition), the “engineers” (I used that term very lightly) are inaccurate more than they’re accurate, business is unkept (leaking roof, machines not maintained - or even functional) lack of sanitation (bathrooms are disgusting, run out of soap), owner hires family that is overpaid for little work.
