      Pros

      The practice what they preach. They truly care about service over sales and that their distributors are the most valuable assets.

      Cons

      Commission only but that's not really bad as long as you work it. There are no benefits you are an Independent Distributor so you must seek benefits elsewhere.

      You work as an independent distributor.

      Cons

      You don't always make money. No benefits, If you send back broken item they don't reply. Make you look bad with your customers.
