Premier Aviation asked for Aviation professionals within there specific skill sets to come out and work with-in their skill set.
This does not happen more than it does happen. They want licensed aircraft mechanics no matter what skill set that there are ,to sign off paperwork without doing the work.
Premier have licensed Aviation technicians working out of their skill set, to sign off paperwork that they have nothing or no knowledge about.
PREMIER Aviation OF ROME,NY uses professionals within their weakness and not within their strengths and make it very difficult to work safe and efficient, with the document(s) provided.
I've seen Premier's supervisors have panels closed with wires disconnected, by finding out through systems ops checks not properly working. This is many of Premier's un-ethical work habits.
Again Premier Aviation of Rome, New York is a danger to Aviation. .
Bottom line the talent are on the floor (for now),but Management intentionally chooses not to use it.
They have no process and no leadership. They are reactive instead of proactive. Leaders have lack of knowledge which makes it dangerous for everyone in Aviation. And anyone who showing any initiative for a positive change, gets fired or reprimanded.
There is no PACE because there's no process. They redo work two and three times over. The pace varies due to the... (immediate situation).
