Horrible Pay - Residential Aide Premieant Employee Review

Premieant has been a great place for me to learn and grow in my professional career and I have had a very positive experience with them over the last 5.5 years that I have been with them.

While I have had the opportunity to grow and excel with Premieant in big ways, it is more focused to a specific field that i knew I would not be a part of forever.

There isn't any pros at this job.

Underpaid to do so much.
