Pros
Easy to get a job, long application. plenty of overtime available because of high turn over rate. Providing care for special needs consumers has a high degree of personal reward.
Cons
low pay, poor advancement. Company doesn't care about their employees or the special needs clients as much as it should. In their defense most of their people are not the best quality employees. Constantly frustrated by running out of supplies. Management's answer to solving a problem is to assign more paperwork. Middle management is in a bind trying to deal with policies to make CEO money and carrying out the functions needed by the workers.
