Pregrad offers opportunities for freshers to learn and gain initial experience in business and marketing. The work environment is result-oriented, and it challenges you to meet targets and deadlines.

That said, the organization's approach to employees often feels transactional. While management behavior is professional, there seems to be little effort to understand or address employees' feelings and concerns. This lack of empathy can lead to dissatisfaction, making it difficult to feel valued beyond performance metrics. Overall, while it might be a stepping stone for freshers, there’s significant room for improvement in how the company treats and supports its team.
