Pros
Benefits are decent. That's about it.
Cons
A summary cannot begin to describe how many cons there are. Obviously there are multiple locations around the world so this review is not reflective as a company as a whole. But in the location I currently am, it's plagued with a lot of upper management decisions that frustrate employees and worsens morale than it does improve them. My thing is, if you wanted to tolerate that kind of management, there are plenty of places that hire assembly jobs that will pay you more than what it is offering here. There's no need to look into this location. A very low retention rate for all the reasons you might expect from a culture that does not know how to treat people like people. You never want to hear another co-worker say they feel like a slave working somewhere, but here I am writing this review and having to say, yes, unfortunately, someone did say that.
