Pros
It's an okay place to be if you are a worker drone. Salaries tend to be on par with similar companies. Management doesn't beat you down, if that's all you are looking for.
Cons
Top management is very shortsighted. They make dumb decisions on a regular basis. They acquire companies to grow, then gut them. If you aspire to management or a top tier tech slot, go elsewhere. It's never good to work for stupid managers who think they know everything. They have had some success, and it went to their heads, and they became arrogant. The management is afraid of smart, talented people. So, if you are one, you won't be welcome at Pregis.
