It rotates every hour on your line like a clock wise circle. Not very fast paced if your packing it's easy, but we are bored threw out the day . How many boxes and cardboard lids can u make. Management is trouble makers. They lie about employees to laugh behind their backs. Over caring leads think your crying or depressed. Want to be a counselor. Management are miserable people with poor attitudes. 12 hour shifts , schedule rotates, weekends required , working in the lines your stepping over people ties no room to do anything , dangerous oven cleaning procedures fir the glue. They want you to clean this oven machine and physically stick your body parts in the machine to clean while maintenence looks at you and talk behind your back. Liars, back stabbers, never make friends They will talk behind your back. Management tells wild stories about workers. Its a very unpleasant place to work. Hostile working environment.

Everything is poor values. Thank goodness for 5 breaks in a 12 hour shift but other was depressing
