Pros
-the work is not too laborious most days, although there is a lot of walking and standing involved. There will be times where you have big projects and will work with a team of other techs and those days can be laborious, but they don’t happen too frequently. - I believe the company is run very well, always looking ahead to the future and making sure to be able to sustain any down years in the economy by being diversified with our products and adaptable to businesses ongoing needs - From a techician standpoint point, our service department is great with any training or support needed in the field. The managers are all great people. - Company leaders from all the different departments treat you with respect, as peer, and don’t look down on you.
Cons
- nothing of real note, like all companies it’s not perfect when dealing with day to day issues, but at least they make an effort to correct an issues, instead of ignoring them.
