Even if they are asked to stay late, there are no facilities to drop them home safely at 3 or 4 in the morning, and they are only reimbursed for a cab - Unresponsive and unaccountable upper management - Verbal abuse from managers is tolerated and unchecked, with no policy in place to protect employees
