Pros

Pros (with a dose of reality): • There’s maybe a 2% chance you’ll touch real consulting. The remaining 98% is just 🤡 • You get cab reimbursement if you work overtime… which you inevitably will ☺️ • “International exposure” might mean a trip to Nepal ☺️

Cons

Part 1: A deeply toxic workplace disguised as a consulting firm 1. If compensation reflected effort here, even a Turu driver would be better off than most employees. For a so-called consulting firm, the pay structure is almost insulting 2. Working hours are not just long they’re exploitative. It’s not uncommon to work from 10 AM to 6 AM the next day, only to be expected back at your desk by 10 AM again. This isn’t an exception; it’s normalized and even glorified under the label of “gaining experience. 3. The culture is suffocating. Leaving at the official time (7 PM) feels like committing a crime. There’s an unspoken pressure to stay longer Part 2: How the company traps you into staying longer This organization thrives on attracting young, naive freshers and keeping them hooked through carefully crafted illusions by lovely HR☺️ Trap 1: “Fast-paced promotions” Yes, you will get promoted quickly. But here’s the catch: • Everyone gets promoted. It’s not a reward; it’s a routine. The title inflation is so rampant that it becomes meaningless. • Your salary base is so low that even a 40–50% hike feels insignificant in absolute terms. The real problem? These inflated designations don’t translate outside. You might be called a “Consultant” here, but in the market, you’re still evaluated at an analyst level. So you end up stuck: consultant title, analyst salary, and analyst-level opportunities. Final thought! This company doesn’t just test your professional skills, it tests how long you can tolerate being undervalued, overworked, and misled. And the biggest red flag? Almost every employee you speak to privately shares the same frustration and resentment. Most positive reviews here are … iykyk because the reality is, people aren’t happy, they’re just stuck in the cycle this company has carefully designed Almost forgot how bad the attrition rate is iykyk🥀
