Great, minority-owned company to work for. The company really does value its employees - great pay and benefits for a contracting company. The company offers long-term contracting positions and is very competitive with the federal government.

Could be a bit more responsive when handling employee personal requests.

I truly enjoyed working at PSG. The staff was awesome. The salary and benefits were excellent.

While the initial salary when hired was great there was no room for growth. The company also did not give good cost of living increases.
