Awesome work environment, lots of holidays, easy to move up

Sometimes hours can be non-negotiable, or dependent on current job contracts

The company is great! They have tremendous incentives for employees and give back.

The management team is pretty bad. Constant micro managing and not allowing growth for lower/middle managers.
